Are calorie free sweeteners actually bad for you?

I’ve been looking to cutting down on the amount of sugar I’ve been using in my coffee and tea by substituting it with those sugar free, calorie free sweeteners (Sweet n’ Low, Sugar Twin, etc). Someone once told me that they’re actually bad for you, though. Something about one or two of the ingredients in it?

Are they actually?

Try truvia. It’s an all natural sweetener. It’s no calories and made from a plant.
