Yeah...I do it really does work but its the hardest thing to stick to and once you stop you gain back the weight double times...

Yes, my one friend went on it and when she stopped it she gained double the weight.

I suggest instead of trying diet try...a LIFESTYLE CHANGE...I.e. permanently changing your eating habits and getting enough exercize.
