when putting in a bbit for a forclosed home do I have to put in the sale price of the home or can I put in a lower bid? thanks

yes you can put a lower bid banks have the 2 prices one is its at where is its listed at and the second is the lowest price determaned by the apprasier so its usually between 40000.00 than the list price of the house
