Buying an new vehicle in 2009?

What Are The best NEW cars of 2009? And who is buying what?

Guess you never know, I always go for bmw, reliable, nice looking and practical. If you can stretch for a 5 series go for it, had a 550i till a couple of months ago and loved it so much that I ended up buying the M5. Try to avoid gm, saab, toyota, ford... you know the list, since no one can predict what will happen with those manufacturers and you could end up with SERIOUS depreciation issues. There are ways to keep your money safe and have a good car, but if you have the need for a suv, a big v8 car or don't like imports, it is your money, you call the shots.
