I live in Toronto and want to buy airline tickets from other country where it is cheap. Is it allowed in Canada?

It depends on the policy of the website in question, and the airline itself. Call or email them to find out.

I don't quite understand your question. I am assuming that you want to know if you are legally aloud to buy tickets from another country to fly in or out of Canada? The answer to this question would be yes. You can buy airline tickets by internet, a travel agent or through the airline itself. Hope this helps.
