Does anyone else think that the Buns of Steel guy is ridiculous???

:-)

I've done that tape so many times that now his little jokes annoy me to the point where he gets muted.

It is a GREAT workout video for the thighs and butt regions by the way.

since this is unanswered...do you mean tony little the guy who came out with the gazelle machine?

All these video exercise people tend to be a little too amp'd for real life.
