Q: Bumps or pimples on balls

I have small bumps like pimples on my ball from 3 to 4year colours is white
And are large no in quantity some are small and some are big as 2mm in size
If I press them I fell no pain.before some time 1 of them blast and dirty blood came from that
What they are I m so tenis abot them

A: It's common to have sits down on that area..

A: I dont want to scare you but you probably have an STD. You should go to the doctor and get yourself checked.
