Bumps on my face

There are bumps on my face they are like pimples but they are skin colored. What are these? I cant go to a doctor so dont tell me to. I dont have cream or anything to use on it. What are these? And what do I need for it? Be specific.

do you tan often? If so, those brown bumps could be the result of skin cancer...ask a doctor

more info needed... how long have you had them, where are they on your face, and do they itch? are they in clusters? spread apart? does make up cover them? do they come and go? how big is each bump?

they are usually oil deep down under your skin
don't pick at them
just put warm water on it until the pores are opened
I get them to, they usually go away in about a week, but yeah there's annoying as hell
