Bumb inside my mouth from lip piercing bleeds its it bad?

Sometimes when I wake up the Bump in my lip from my lip piercing Bleeds and I worried theres something wrong...im not sure...I've had this peircing for about 3months already. it almost got infected once I went to the peircing place and they just told me...

to keep with the sea salt soaks and dont touch it . They said it would get better soon.
