Buffalo meat

My family has been butchering our buffalo for the meat for a few years now, Its all we eat, I dont even remember the last time I have eaten beef. Just wondering what people think of buffalo meat.

I never had buffalo... dont care to either... theyre wayyy too cute! lol but I do like venison.. even though deers are really cute too...

sometimes its good sometimes its too gamey

I do enjoy buffalo stews, but I'm not big on eating the meat on it's own.

I was raised on beef and moose, so my tastes are a bit different.

I've never tried it but my parents and husband all say that it's pretty good.
