How can i lighten my hair without dye?

My hair used to be bright blonde. But since I moved to Washington, it's become a darker color. Now, it's a dirty blonde, but mostly brown. Is there any way of getting my hair a brighter blonde without dying it?

Put some lemon juice on and go in the sun.

sun- in really works good. i use that in the summer. and it works when you blow-dry your hair too. you can get it at drug stores. :]

you should put benzoyl peroxide in a spray bottle and then spray it all over your hair and go lay out in the sun
also wash your hair with pantine blonde shampoo and conditioner
