Does exercising really make your breasts larger?

Asked by doubleman over 2 years ago, 9 answers.

I was hearing this answer you were giving this one girl about how your breasts actually got LARGER while you were excercising, could you give more specifics? Were these breasts, or just muscles on your chest? You said while you were younger this...

happened, did you even have breasts then? Or were you confused between breasts and muscles? You also said do a little cardio, how much cardio did you do? Because I suppose it's possible that you didn't do a lot of cardio but toned your breasts somehow by lifting weights.

Anyways, the idea of them actually getting bigger alleviates a previous disappointment, I would want my wife to be healthy and run, but she might not have any breasts at all, thanks for your response.

The only way to make breasts bigger is surgery. That is the only permanant solution.

Listen, It's mostly genetics. There's girls who are 16 with Double d's. It has nothing to do with working out. It just builds muscles tones that area up. Most girls with big boobs are usually medium framed-large framed, like full figured. It's really rare to find it on real small very thin people.

Dear doubleman,
The peck muscles get larger with proper exercise but this reduces the body fat and this is what breast are mostly comprised of. So exercise will more likely reduce the breast size and strengthen the muscles underneath. Yes, it is generic and other than surgery there is little a women can do other than put on weight. During the 40's many women begin to get bigger due to a shift in metabolism and hormones. But they also notice the weight gain too.

well, there is some product called perfect women, which seems to claim it works, and it does make sense, I was just curious about the exercise though, because of the specific person who claimed these results.

Dear doubleman,
You may notice a bit of enlargement with exercises this is true but the woman would have to be quite small breasted to really see a change. If she were to exercise and gain weight not just from muscle mass but over all weight you may also see a difference.

There are no exercises for women that will increase their breast size but for a man there are many exercises to build up the pecs. I don't care for the same look in a woman tho, as in a female bodybuilder.

lol. True that, oil covered steroid women are gross (not to be confused with women who exercise.)

NO! Excessive exercise actually reduces the breast size.
