Theres different myths but theres no way of 100% knowing. Usually the doctor is able to tell you after a certain amount of weeks but even they aren't correct sometimes. My cousin got told she was having a girl and the whole room and everything was pink ,it ended up being a BOY! Oh gosh she was shocked, but she donated all the clothes and pink stuff so I guess that was nice.

Usually when it is sitting lower in your stomach it is a boy, and when it is higher it is usually a girl.
But you cant be sure with that.
Your best best is to go to the doctor.
