Unless you are interested in historical or archeological sites you are not exactly in the Life & Soul city of India! ;(

Kanpur is more infamous for its heavy industry and pollution!

Have you been to the Kamla Retreat? I suppose you would get bored pretty quickly after a while though.

You are 23 now, is it difficult for you to move to another place? Do you have friends or relatives in other cities maybe?

If not, maybe an alternative is to get a webcam and build up a group of internet friends to socialise with online.

Far from ideal but certainly better than being isolated from social interaction.

I'm not sure of your financial status but have you considered getting together with some family or friends and opening a place where young people could meet up? A funcafe or similar? (If this does not conflict with your religious beliefs of course)
