You cant control the size of your breast.
but weight does have an impact on breast size
So if you are over weight, and do not enjoy having large breasts, lose a bit of weight.
But if you dont need to lose weight and you are healthy do not attempt to shrink your breast size by dieting

You can buy a bra that makes your breasts look smaller by a cup size. I'm not sure of the price though. Most lingerie shops sell them
