Do push ups, the exercise not the bra, it tightens the muscle that pulls on your breasts. It's not the only exercise you can do for that, you can look on the net. But it's the fastest working one.

uh, it's called a push up bra. and don't use tape!! lol you want to push them up not strap them down.

push up bars will work yes.
its also all about the kind of bra you usually wear. it could be too small or big for you, so make sure you find the right bra. ( a lot of bra stores can help you out)
