I take fluid pills daily, where does the fluid come from?

I take fluid pills daily. I am so tired of taking these pill daily. Where does the fluid come from? And if I don't take them I weight gain from it.

Are they prescription pills? If so, best thing to do would be to ask your doctor. If they aren't prescription, then taking them should be optional...hoewever, for something such as what medicine to take or not to take, it's always best to consult with your doctor.
