How do I get rid of a virus called blue screen . It restars my laptop everytime I turn it on . So the only way I can use my internet is logging in on safe mode with networking . But I cant access music or pics or anything. Its driving me crazy . I have a...

There should be an error message too ya , well type that into google and it should tell you how to fix it , I used to work with presto a company who deal with computer softwere issues and even tough I did not know enough to work ther this is what I was told to do when people rang in with a blue screen .
