Black would do wonder for your eyes.
If you match it with your eyes its just gunna look like a big blue blob :D

No for your color eyes the best eye liner would be like a brown or black or maybe depending on how blue they are green eye liner

Yeah I agree with everyone else black will make your eyes pop out more. I have blue eyes and black eyeliner and manscara has been my favorite and also avoid blue eye shadow
