What are these blood and pus-filled bumps on my groin?

Im 14 and for a while I had these bumps on my pubic area .they hurt and after a while if I squeeze them they ooze pus then blood. First one comes then goes away then more come. What do I do

Its sounds like you have a boil, until the head of the boil is completly removed it will keep growing. Place a hot rag, as hot as possibe and place it on the boils this should bring its head out. If not see a doctor to drain . If you continue to squeeze this can lead to infection.

Definately sounds like a hair boil to me. I've had them and used Magnesium sulfate paste. Applied to the affected area it can prevent the growth of bacteria and reduce boils by absorbing pus and drying up the lesion. It draws the pus out. You put it on some dressing and tape it across the area where the boil is. Can be bought at any chemist. If they keep reoccuring definately see your doctor. But as above a piece of cloth or cotton wool soaked in hot water will help soften it and help it to burst. Make sure you don't touch it with dirty hands and try not to squeeze as this will aggrevate it.
