Why is my dog bleeding from her bum? SHe's also been vomiting. She is spayed.?

Your dog needs to get to the vet ASAP...she could have an obstruction, or have eaten somthing that has cut her up inside...or it may be that she ate something extrememly toxic.

This is not something to wait on, get to the vet NOW!!
