Will my head have problems from a red, cut scalp?

I bleached my brown hair 2 times and my scalp is red and cut. Will it cause any problem in my head?

Well if your scalp is red and cut, don't bleach it again! It could result in very nasty chemical burns. But I don't think it would cause any problem IN your head...
