Why won't my bleached hair take any color?
I bleached my hair at home and got these nice blonde highlights. But they've grown out and I don't want to redo them. My hair is naturally black, so I dyed it brown hoping that the bleach would take the color and get darker (my naturally black hair...
getting lighter). But the bleached parts of my hair wouldn't take the color.
What do I need to do to fix that? And is there an at-home fix? Or should I just give up and go to the salon.
