Bleached blonde to dark brown or black

Hey, I need help because I have naturally strawberry blonde hair and I bleached it. But I didn't use a toner and now it's orange and really stringy/ greasy and I HATE IT! I didn't like my strawberry blonde and so now I really want to dye it brown or...

black. I have olive skin and the blonde hair washes my skin color and makes me look really white. I've always wanted to dye my hair brown and thought it would look pretty. My mom is a beautician and she is going to dye my hair. Should I go with dark brown or black? Should I use permanent or semi permanent. One time I dyed my hair dark brown but it was henellucent and turned an ugly black green color! I don't want that to happen ever again. The bleach is ruining my hair and I want it to be black or brown as long as possible. What color brown or black should I use? Did any of you dye your hair from bleach to brown/black? Any suggestions??? PLEASE!! I NEED TO FIGURE THIS OUT!!

Even if you don't think it's very noticeable when you do it yourself, it really is.
