Black people wishing they where white ?

okay so im black and yeah im proud but it freagn bugs me that the black kids at my school wish they where white (I go to a white school) I mean really it pisses me off like theres this boy in are school his name is nijee (not really his name) and he...

wishes he was white soo bad I mean he only goes out with white girls and etc and wtf !! so all im saying is why are so many blacks wishing they where white ?

Maybe they think they'll get more opportunities in life if they're white. (I personally don't feel like it's any difference...)

But there are lots of people out there who are still hell-bent convinced that the world still wants white supremacy. That's when I just tell them, Hitler's dead. Calm down.

sometimes when people are outnumbered by people of another race or culture, if they don't hold a strong enough sense of pride or identity of who they are and where they come from, their self perception can easily be altered because they want to fit in and have that to share with their friends. I've seen it happen a few times unfortunately. hopefully he'll get to a place where he can show pride in his culture and embrace others too.
