When is the best time of the month to get pregnant?

The best time to attempt to conceive is just right before or at ovulation (when an egg is released from an ovary). Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the onset of menses. If you have regular periods, you can determine the probable day of ovulation, but this is more difficult when your periods are irregular.

You could result to 'charting'. Charting is when you check different signs daily and when they change you can tell when ovulation is occurring. (such as cervical mucus, basal body temperature etc.)
