Q: Best place to live?

I live in England but I have an urge to live in another country when I have finished university, or perhaps go to a university in another country. So that I could have a fresh start and meet new friends and become more confident and independent. Where is the best place to live in your opinion? I'll be looking for somewhere that isn't overly hot and is preferable quite rural and friendly.
Thanks

A: Call me biased, but I say Canada :)

A: I'm partial to california, myself, but that's mostly because I live there. stateside, washington and oregon have similar weather to england. if you like your weather, but wanna try the us, maybe think of the northwest as the place to be. good luck.
