What's the best online trading company?

I wanted to know which online stock trading company is better and have no maintenence fees and no account minimums. I have heard a lot about sharebuilder but I am not sure whether it is the best available.

I've only used etrade in the past. Their GUI tools were very good. However, you'd have to shop around at the various firms to compare prices, etc.

CNN Money Magazine has run downs of the various features services from those online trading companies, or Yahoo Finance, or MSN Money, etc.
