Concealer (should be one or two shades lighter than your skin tone)
Then blend with light foundation or powder. Check out anything by Clinique. It's expensive, but well worth it.

I need to know what foundation!. I dont use concealer my skin hates it!

CoverGirl TruBlend Whipped Foundation. Very light and doesn't make me break out. I don't even feel like I'm wearing anything. I use Phisoderm, which is just a regular facewash.

good stuff to remove make-up are baby wipes. you might look a little strange buying them in the store, but they SUPER easily take of make-up. it's what I use anyway.
