Best fishing??

Is it better to fish in back bays during Low tide changing to High tide or High tide changing to Low tide??

I think it would be low tide 1st..u might think itz wierd a girl answering this
but my dad loves fishing and he does all the time and and he's takin me ever since I was a baby so I do know a lot abouit fishin and I still go because 1 itz our tradition every yr. for my b-day and itz fun as heck!
