I feel like I am starting to get acne. I have pimples but what is the best lotion, face wash, anything to get rid of them that hopefully doesnt cost too much?

Its on the more expensive side... but Clinique 3 step works well (has a face wash gel, an exfoliator, and a lotion).. you can buy it in a dapartment store in the makeup section.

I don't use it on a regular basis, just for breakouts and it works great. Also, if you've already popped a pimple or whatever, this may sound odd but put some neosporin on it

try using noxzema daily exfoliating cleanser. use it daily. get your face damp(wet but not soaking wet) and rub the noxzema in(put it on your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose). be sure to rub it in good(until the gentle microbead things are basically unfeelable). then wait about 30 seconds and wash it off.
