I personally don't know my bench max because I have a messed up shoulder but I usually try just around 170lbs for max. I'm 5'9 166lbs.

thank you, I had to prove that a girl could do football so I did it and decided that I liked it. and it became my sport. it really was hard like going tin the weight room with all them boys and keeping up and copeting on lifting over my weight.

Play any sports? You're built like a fullback from your description. If so, really concentrate on the squats. When I was in high school our tailback was Fred Bell, 6'1, 215 lbs as a sophomore he only benched 225 lbs but he squatted up there with the big boys, 400 lbs (this is barbell with the 90 degree detector worn on the leg--so no cheating). As a junior he was the second leading rusher in the state, just behind Shaun Alexander. No doubt he would be worth millions today and you would know his name if he hadn't been expelled from school on drug related charges before his senior year.

So I guess what I'm saying is stay off drugs and stay in school.
