Benching?

I weigh between 130 and 140 and I am 15 years old how much should I b benching

u should be benching betwen 45lbs-250lbs =)

You should bench as much as your comfortable with. It also depends if you want to bulk up (create huge muscles like wrestlers and other great fit men) or you can tone (which defines your muscles rather than making them larger). If you want to bulk then you want to lift heavier weights and do less reps. If you want to tone then you can use lighter weights but do more reps. What I started doing was starting off what I thought I could do, so when I chest press I started at 80 pounds where all the other girls were in my gym class, but it was way too easy (yes at the time I wanted to bulk). So I worked my way up, I eventually got to 115 lbs. I haven't done it in a while, so I doubt I still could :P but what ever your comfortable with.
