Hi,

I don't see why not..it's on your skin..but the piercer will want to sterilize the area first, which may clean off the cream. I'd just do it like everyone else, and be brave. If you can't handle the pain, don't do it at all happy

Your piercer might have some tricks also. May want to ask him/her.
