How can i make my boobs look fuller?

I am really skinny and I hardly have any boobs does any one know how I can make them fuller or look fuller I am only and A cup please help me out thats the only reason guys say they wont date me. it also make my self esteem very low.

Hey! I know exactly how you feel! I have that too! And I know how depressing it can be and stuff! Although, luckily!, I've grown to about a 32C now but still have absolutely no cleavage.

Ok first of all if guys won't go out with you because of your boobs they are tw*ts that don't deserve you however I know how much that really doesn't help! I've found as guys get to about the 12-15age they want girls with big boobs because thats what they feel are expected of them. Older guys tend to not really care so much!

To make your boobs look bigger you could try the whole eating fattening foods thing, however experts don't reckmend this as it can damage your health although I feel if you excercise a lot I don't see this as a problem. Also you could try doing exercises to help them look bigger. Have you ever had like a guy tell you to try touch your elbows behind your back? Ok well it's to make you stick your boobs out and basically the exercise is to swing your arm from front to back in a kind of chicken arm impression and at your back try touch your elbows and repeat this as much as you like.

I DO NOT advise getting majorly padded bras OR get sizes to big for you because 1) girls bitch and they will know 2) if a guy touches your breasts they are going to know and guys bitch to! I don't know whether you have calvin klein where you live but their padded bras are only slightly padded but really make your boobs look MUCH bigger and make your breasts feel natural. They are usually quite expensive but I am really lucky and have a cheap outlet nearby me which sell them really cheap. You could go onto the internet and find your nearest outlet. Also I have heard of natural tablets that make your boobs grow bigger naturally and do not affect breast feeding etc. However I'm not sure if they work on women under 18 and are VERY expensive!

girl calm down its all good trust me i am really skinny and finally my boobs the begining of my 10th grade yr n highschool my boobs finally got to be a B i am really skinny and finally got to b 108lbs and guys use to not date me because of it but hell i waited and i got some guys n now they say they are perfect and not to big like others.

Many many guys are perfectly happy with a woman with smaller breasts.

It's just the teens that mostly have a stigma about having boobies to play with.

There's nothing you can really do to make your breasts larger. If it makes you more comfortable, you can buy all sorts of inserts, pads and bras that will make your breasts appear fuller. But then you'll have to come clean eventually if you know what I mean.

For now just relax and accept what you have. And any boy who tells you to your face that he won't date you because your breasts are small should be kicked to the curb anyway!

if guys are that rude, there just trying to tease you about it.. You probably complain that there small and they dont know and think its funny to tease you about it. guys dont even look at that. If your a fun person to be around guys will acept your looks. dont sweat over it. at all. If your confident with what u have (its hard) then guys will love you. Also.. try to look at something else thats hot about you, and flaunt that. who needs breasts when youve got beautiful eyes or w.e else. At least you have an a not an aa. itl come with time. the more u think about it and put urself down then the slower itl take for you anyways. You shouldnt go for guys who say that to you anyways. thats just plain rude of them. Here's a trick often used in the TV world.

Buy a decent blusher or powder brush of medium thickness and then with bronzing powder or blusher apply a 'V' in your cleavage. This makes it look deeper and so creates the illusion of fuller breasts.

Also, buy a front-fastening bra. This will pull the breasts together slightly, making them look more ample -and always make sure your bra straps aren't too loose or your breasts won't lift up fully.

Try wearing braces ( American forum members please note, those are what we Brits call those elastic attachable straps which hold trousers up!). -Because they go either side of the breasts and then in again at the waist, they give the illusion of an hour glass figure. Try teaming up the effect with a high waisted black pencil skirt which will draw the eye to the bosom.

Try to get into the habit of some weight training with dumb bells as discussed in other answers on this subject, because you can boost what you've got just by expanding the pectoral muscles.

Also try weight training and stomach crunches to keep the waist trim. Everyone's obsessed about making their boobs bigger-but don't seem to realize that very often it's having a relatively small waist which makes boobs look bigger in the first place. It's the breast -to -waist and waist- to- hip ratio that men usually find attractive, not just full or big boobs to the exclusion of all else.

as long as your boobs are not sliding side ways dont wory about the size. guys never care about your breast size.
