Barking dog when owners away

My neighbors' dog barks neverendingly whenever they are not at home, whether she is tied up outside or shut in the house. Is there anything that can shut her up?

Probably not short of one of those bark reducing collars. Maybe you should talk to the neighbors and tell them about the problem with their dog ? I mean obviously if the dog barks if it's inside or not, they can't just never leave or always take the dog, but maybe they could look into something or talk to their vet about solutions. Maybe the dog has a problem, like a toddler, of seperation anxiety.

I used to have a problem with my neighbors dogs that would constantly bark day and night. At first I thought it would stop but it went on day after day. I finally confronted my neighbor about the problem and he said that he would try to do something about it.
