Bad manager or supervisor

I was in a 99cents store today and I heard the supervisor or manager talking to the employees in a very bad way he said something like that you dont listen again I have to repeat this where do you have to put that, but he said it in a very bad way...

the guy was a jerk so I was thinking a manager or supervisor need to be a jerk or do you think still exists nice and good managers or supervisors any answer is welcome thank you.

Well, I find that a manager or supervisor should respect their employees. After all, they are working for them. But after constantly being told something and they employee doesn't listen then I can see why the guy snapped. People can only take so much ya know?

Not correct / professional behavior - report him to his supervisor or company headquarters if desired.
