You cant but you can make them look bigger. Wear some push up bras or if your really desperate you could stuff them with tissues. That seems to work for half the teenage population.

I agree with the first reply...also, you can use color to help accent them!! wear lighter color tops...if you wear a necklace, make sure it comes no lower than right across your breast line..this will draw the eye to that area and make it appear a little larger...any type of print for the tops you wear also add 'bulk' so to speak; prints of any kind always make you appear larger than you are...hope this helped!!

lol, apart from overall weight gain (and there's no guarantee some of that will go to your boobs) there's not much you can do (which is why so many women get breast implants...) The right bra can do wonders though... look for something that pushes them together and up...

Why should you make them bigger in the first place! - Now, if you're determined to pop up the volume, take example on English boarding schools ; twice a day, exercise 'I must I must develop by bust', stretching both arms backwards, 50 times in a row. I've been told it helps!
