Att cell phone problems

I have Cingular/ATT and I have a Nokia 6555b phone
I have a couple problems
1) it will turn off randomly and then take forever to bring my storage memory up
and 2) it wont send a message over one page it says Sending Failed but short messages send...

really quickly
3) it will decide to not give me my text messages like ill have service and everythin gbut I wont recieve anything all day (which is weird for me) ill turn it off and turn it back on and then illh ave 15+ text messages sent all through out the day

I called cingular and asked about this and they said they will send me a new phone thats all they could do and im on my fifth one of these
so I was wondering if anyone knew anything that could be done or if uve had some of the same problems?

I'm not surprised, my sister works at a call center for Cingular and this is something that comes in all the time. Have you thought about switching phone providers?
