For my birthday my mom is buying me the iphone but problem is , is that my 2 year contract on my phone I have now isnt over and wont be over for a year so my mom has to go to the apple store and buy the iphone 3gs but how much isnt it going to be to get...

internet and to change my contract ?

For ATT it is 200$ to cancel a contract.Last year I canceled 2 phones,and I paid 400$ to ATT.
