No I don't think you should run away. You said that you fix problems with your family by yourself...you're going to have to fix this the same way. Running away is never a solution to a problem, it's the cowards way out.
Maybe your mom was just having a bad day (everyone is allowed to have them). That doesn't excuse her actions but it could explain them. Talk to her, tell her that you're hurt by what she said (however wait till you and her calm down first). Tell her that you're sorry you bumped into her but it really was an accident. Try to stay calm that way another fight doesn't start.

well what I think that is a good I dea is just talking to her and let her know how you feel and your feelings towards what you want to do because of the big fight.

I am 16 years old today me and my mom got in a argument over nothing! And she said some really mean stuff it makes me not like her at all even though she is my mother! But I was helping cleaning the house and I bumped into her and she thought I meant to...
