Are you born gay, or is it a choice?

my friends and i have been debating about whether or not you are born with the fate that you're gay, or if you've got a choice and that you are raised to believe it is moral or immoral. i would like to hear some opinions, and i guess there is no right or...

wrong answer, but i'm just wondering how many people are with me in thinking its mostly a choice.

PS- i'm not gay. ahaahah. and if you are offended by this, i am very sorry. i'm not trying to be a jerk, i was just trying to get some feedback. either way, i support gay marriage and everything so i'm not a homophobe, just simply veryyyy curious. however it happens, you only live once and you might as well be proud of who you are. so, rock on. live life, however you want to.

I'm not sure about this one either.B ut it seems to me that most times gays never have been with the other sex so maybe I'm leaning toward born with it.It's all good though cause people should love whom ever they want and sometimes we don't have control over that

Theres several gay people I know that have been with both sexes and they prefer the same sex over the other. In a big way I think it is all a choice. I am bisexual and I was raised normally and that a girl should go after guys and only guys. But then I grew up and when I got into the 5th grade I started liking girls and girls more and I knew I was bi but it wasent till the 9th grade I came out and in the 8th I was talking about it but very little. When I look back on my childhood, I can tell that I have always been bi, I did bi stuff in elem I always twas spending the nights over at friends houses getting them to experiment with me. When I was little I would take the clothes off of Barbie and baby dolls. Most people says that has nothing to do with it but I think it does when your making 2 barbies do something and not putting ken in the picture dont you?
