Are victorian dollhouses too babyish for a 13 year old?

My cousin has changed her mind about everything she REALLY wants a collectibles victorian dollhouse for christmas but thinks it may be too babyish for a 13 year old is it babyish???

ok my niece is 13 and ya it is im oly 16 and I stoped playing with dolls when I was 8 but then again every person is different like im 16 never had sex and most kids my age has and im not planing to untell I have a husben

its never babyish to have collectibles I am 34 and collect dolls ,stuff animals and doll house . lot of people look and they start to remember I use to have one of them wish I would have kept it . no matter what its not up to the people what you want its up to you .if you want then you go girl .it could be something you pass down through kids and grandkids.
