Are chat rooms popular?

who goes in to them ?
I know that I have recently been to teenchat and some peopel are really sick but then I met some really cool down to earth people. Anyone else experience chat rooms before or enjoy them ?

I haven't had much experience with chat rooms but, they are popular.
We need to be careful in those since you do find some weird people in those and some decent ones.
The only chat rooms I peaked into were the ones in yahoo. Those I really didn't talk to anyone since I didn't know how to work with any of the features.
I'd caution you to be careful while going into those teen chat rooms.

ya I like teen chat a lot. I met a lot of kool people. some are disgusting though. I change rooms when that hapoenss. I met a few friends before happy :P
