Appropriate for a 14 year old to wear makeup ?

Is it appropriate for a 14 year old girl goig into highschool to wear makeup ? im not talking about majorrr stuff, juss likee, a little eye linerr some mascara ?

Well it depends on the parent, im 13 , going into highschool I wear eyehsadow, mascara and eyeliner, although my mom doesn't like me wearing eyeliner.
I think you should be at least mascara and eyeshadow? as long as it's not to dark.

Explain to your mother that girls YOUNGER than you wear dark make-up,so why can't you wear LIGHT make-up?

It does depend on your parents.. I have 2 older sisters so my mom knew when I wanted to I would just wier it. after I just used light mascara and eyeliner I shared with my sisters while my mom agreed to buy me some make up..
I wear eyeliner mascara blush and some cover up..

I know girls that are 10 that wear make-up. so I think its completely appropiate for you to wear make-up for yourself.

Yeah im 13 and I wear make-up. If I didnt, all the mirrors in the world would break lol. in fact everyone I go to school with wears make up.

Also, it doesn't matter what girls younger than you are wearing. Girls younger than you are getting pregnant, but that's not ok, either.

I dont usually wear make-up--I only wear it when I have to for dance competitions. =] lol. ^_^ and then I gotta wear it THICK!! XD. lol

It's fine, you in high school. I'm about your age, Your parents shouldn't treat you like your in fifth grade anymore. I bet you'd be allowed, start off with a little, then get more and more.
I'd start with mascara, then the next eye liner, then add the extra eye shadow. If they dont like it I'm sure they will say something and it wont hurt to get like told stuff just a little bit.

I started wearing just mascara in 5th grade and I hated wearing just that so when I was in 6th grade I dumped the mascara and put eyliner on the top and bottem and ya thts all I used and my mom said it looked finejus MAKE SURE I DONT GO ALL OUT AND LIKE GO CRAZY AND LOOK LIKE A F'N CLOWN.=]lol but ya I usuly wear eyeliner and eyshdow SOMTIMES! like I dont wear that much eyeshodow that much.lol but ya if I can you should be able to.just tell your mom(if she says no) your not a little kid n-e more and ya.lol I say and ya a lot are do what woahxitsxcierra said ..
