Anyone like coffee?

Luv it drink a cup a day maybe it'll keep the docter away...it doesn't stunt your growth I wish it does...

I love it, I only have about one cup a week tho...

I love coffee also. I've been trying to cut down though because I don't think it is healthy to drink too much of it. Occasionally I have to work all night and when I do coffee gets me through the night. I used to drink it all day but now I reserve it for staying awake when I have to work all night and when I dine out with breakfast in the morning or desert at night.

Caffeine is a drug. It peps you up and it also elevates your mood. When I got my first desk job part of the year I worked on textbook orders. I had an in stack of textbook requests from professors on the left corner of my desk and I had of completed orders on the right corner. I noticed that the more coffee I drank the higher my stack of completed orders were. Not only that the more coffee I drank the less tedious I found my work and the quicker the day seemed to be over. I was on the road to serious Caffeine abuse. I got to the point where I was drinking about 1 mug of coffee every hour all day at work. If I worked 8 hours I'd drink about 8 mugs give or take. If I worked 12 hours I drank about 12 mugs. I don't think drinking that much coffee could be good for you so I've been cutting back.

I do love the taste of coffee and I always have. I started drinking coffee when I was 12 and from day one I liked it hot, strong, and black. Now I save coffee for special occasions like when I eat out for breakfast or with dinner desert or when I need to pull an all-nighter at work.
