never taken them, but it can't be a good idea, I mean look at who their spokeswoman was: anna nicole smith. 'nuff said.

any other suggestions? she is bound and determined that she uses a supplement with her dieting. if I had maybe another option to suggest instead she would be more open to trying it instead of this trim spa stuff. I have used hydroxy cut a few years ago when I was training for a big dance production but stopped taking it because it made me so jittery. so she doesn't want to try that one.

maybe suggest meal replacement shakes...like slimfast? again, I've never used it but it a heck of a lot safer than any drug out there.

also, tell her to research the pill called alli. I think it's a little different from most diet pills out there. if I had to take a diet pill, I'd probably go with that.

My husband has lost ten lbs on weight watchers in 5 weeks. I don't think he has ever enjoyed dieting, but this one he can tolerate. He gets a set amount of points. Points are calculated by calories, total fat, and fiber. So he can eat limited amounts of whatever he wants. They also have another program that lets people eat as much as they want of specific listed foods.
