Any poems i cud read out at funeral??!!

my grandma died last friday(the 2nd january) and I wasreally close to her and my mum and dad have let me choose a poem to read out at the funeral. does anyone have any poems that rhyme that I could read out about not forgetting her??

There is a really good poem called Do not stand at my grave and weep...my brother was killed last Jan 25th and we had that poem placed on his funeral cards...and it is also etched into the bench at the foot of his grave...If you cannot find the poem online just get back with me and I will send it to you...Sorry for your loss

My tribute to my grandmother:

What a beautiful woman
from the inside out
the kind every little girl
dares to dream being about.

I'll bet you were the inspiration,
when creating a classy woman,

When I looked into her grave
I did not feel brave
For my Gran had just passed away from me
At her funeral I heard a bugle from no mortal place
I looked at the skies and
Felt the wise eyes of ___ (insert name here)
Looking from her new hold
Her troubles but a few
So now I know that she rests at peace
my soul can rest at ease
