Any info bout exercising... please help!

Ok I used to be very active before I got pregnant and the first couple months, but then I was put on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy and a couple months after I delivered...
I just started exercising today and I need some info on how to get...

started...
I have a treadmill and a bike at home...
What are some suggestions...
Is it better to exercise in the morning, day or night?...
What are the best foods to eat before a workout?...
How do I stay motivated on the treadmill?...

Any info you have on exercise please let me know...

best time to work out is the morning.. to get your metabolism going.
eat foods with lots of protein and low in carbs.
eating wheat bread over regular bread helps. and when I'm running on my treadmill I think about my ideal body weight and size.. it always helps me.
