What is the word for this kind of person?

what do you call a person who says you can do something and then takes it back right then ande there!?! I need the word for it because that is what my mom is!

I think you need to be more specific about the issue you are talking about ,maybe she started thinking about it and found out it could be bad or dangerous or whatever, you need to tell people the full story if you are wanting a true answer or are you just wanting someone on your side so you can say here mom told you so.and besides she is your mother she has the right to change her mind especially if she has your best interest in mind.

I call those types of people hypocrites.
